CS:GO Dedicated Server Setup Guide has what you need to get your server up and running. Please keep up to date with patches and security policy. CS:GO is constantly evolving from its original state and running a server will require careful monitoring of the devs posts. If you want to extreme modding of your CS:GO server I highly recommend making your own over hosting.
